One founder, four products, one mission for Africa.

Cirqco's products all point at the same target: infrastructure built for the startups, the youth and the everyday markets that make up most of the African economy but get the least attention from software built somewhere else. My Village makes a young business bankable. Cruizly makes a peer-to-peer rental provably safe. Medveta HMS connects patients, doctors and hospital staff across facilities. Sentinel makes a property intelligent — detect, analyze, identify and alert — without turning the cloud into a CCTV recorder.

We're inviting investors, government partners and institutions to build this together — starting with empowering the startups and youth already doing the work, and the leadership willing to back them.

Maxwell is the architect and lead developer behind every product Cirqco ships. He designs the data model, writes the backend, and sits in the room when a bank, cooperative or government programme asks a hard technical question — because there's no layer of account managers translating between the client and the engineering. That's a deliberate choice, not a staffing gap: one accountable builder per product means there's no hand-off to blur who's responsible when something breaks.

His path into software came through operations, not a computer science track — six years managing the operational reality of hospitality, real estate, events and innovation partnerships gave him the problem statement before he had the codebase. My Village's Trust & Reputation Engine, in particular, is built from watching real businesses get turned away by lenders for a documentation problem, not a performance one.

Cirqco treats skill development as part of the mission: young engineers and product people work on live codebases — My Village, Medveta, Sentinel, Cruizly — instead of throwaway exercises, because keeping talent building in Uganda matters as much as any single product shipping. Cirqco runs on Laravel and Next.js for APIs and consoles, Flutter for mobile, and PostgreSQL and Redis for data — deployed on Render and Vercel. Every product is built API-first, for the connectivity conditions Ugandan and East African users actually have, not the ones a template assumes.

There is no outsourced dev shop and no rotating agency behind any of the four products. That's a constraint as much as a principle — it's why Cirqco ships one thing well before starting the next, and why the roadmap is public about what's live versus what's still being built.

No support ticket system, no chatbot in between. If you're an investor, a bank, a cooperative or a government programme with a real question, you'll get an engineering answer from the person who wrote the code.
