Why Cirqco exists

The tools Africa needs, not the ones it's been handed.

Most African businesses, hospitals and cooperatives run on systems built for someone else's market, then patched to fit. Cirqco builds the other way: infrastructure designed in Kampala, for the connectivity, the informality and the ambition that are actually here.

My Village exists so a young business can build a real financial record from day one, instead of staying invisible to every lender and investor until it's too late to matter.

Youth, not an afterthought.

The largest share of the businesses, drivers and operators we build for are under 35. We design for the person starting out, not just the enterprise already arrived.

How we actually build.

Short rules, because each one has shown up in a real review — bank, donor, or a customer who had to train staff on Monday.

Write it, then code it.

Layers, permissions and the API contract exist as a document before a table is migrated. That is how Medveta, Sentinel and Cruizly stayed coherent as they grew.

One person, full stack.

Schema, backend, interface, deploy. Useful when you are early. Honest when an investor asks who can maintain it.

Money has to balance.

If a shilling moves, it is traceable. No hardcoded commissions. Config lives in the admin, not in a controller.

Ship something people open.

Medveta HMS and Sentinel are live. Cruizly has a live API and demo. My Village has a working MVP. The rest is conversation.
